Michael Dawber has worked in the library field since 1997. A graduate of Ontario's EXCEL and Advanced EXCEL library management programs, Michael has experience at five public library systems around Ontario. He has also supervised a special library in the public health sector. In 2011, Michael became CEO of the Rainy River Public Library - Ontario's westernmost municipal library - on the Minnesota border. He is the winner of the Media and Communications Award (2014) from the Ontario Library Association.
