Strong volunteer and staff support allowed the gaynor family regional library to set up Manitoba’s first LEGO league that is part of a huge international program the merges lego and robotics in a worldwide imitative. The program is more popular than the library can handle even though the program grew from one group to four teams in three years. The program promotes stem skills in the community at a low cost to the library.
