Introduce the idea of creating book club kits for local book clubs and then maximize their usage by making them available to other libraries and making them visible on our websites. When multiple libraries begin with one or two kits, and add one or two per year, all libraries will benefit by having more book club kits available through ILL. This session will be a basic sharing of our experience hoping that together we can fine tune the process to benefit all of us.
