Mental health is a growing challenge in the workplace. It can impact customer relations, damage relationships, limit career opportunities and cost employers millions of dollars in lost productivity.  As managers, knowing how to deal with mental health concerns effectively is an important part of our job. However, how do we know when there is a problem? How can we offer assistance and what assistance is available? What legislation and HR policies exist to guide us? Join us for a discussion on how to navigate this challenging area.
